How to transfer supplier information to form 480.6C?
To ensure that a supplier's information transfers to form 480.6C, the supplier's profile must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Non-resident if an individual.
- Must be a Foreign Corporation if a corporation.
- The "Engaged Business in Puerto Rico" box must not be checked.
Can I modify an invoice after it has been imported or created?
Yes. To modify an invoice after it has been imported or created, follow these steps:
1. Go to Invoices.
2. Select the invoice you want to correct.
3. If the invoice is registered, press Revert Registration.
4. Correct the desired information.
5. Save and Register.
Why don't I see forms 480.7F and 480.7G in the list of forms in the Informative module?
Forms 480.7F and 480.7G are not included in the Payroll and Withholdings license. To obtain these forms, email our sales department at sales@cegsoft.com for a quote as they are part of a separate module.
What are the differences between forms 480.7E and 480.7F?
The Department of Treasury has established that form 480.7E is the optional informational form prepared by the individual to claim expenses for: advertising, insurance premiums, telecommunications, internet access, among others.
Form 480.7F, on the other hand, will be prepared by providers directly for corporations and individuals who request it.
Does using the withholdings module incur an additional cost to payroll?
No, the license includes both the Payroll and Informative modules.
Can I change the payment type of an invoice payment?
Yes, when creating an invoice manually, the program has a Change button that allows you to modify the payment type.
Example: Change from Service Payments to Other Payments.
How can I indicate to the program which informative form each payment should go to?
Expert Tax automatically selects the appropriate 480 form for each payment. The user only needs to create the invoices and press transfer, selecting the ones they want. The program will then create the 480 forms with all the information.

- Transfer: If the information of suppliers and their invoices is entered in the program, you can use the transfer function for the program to automatically create the applicable informative forms based on the payment type and supplier profile.
