This article explains how to view and track a help request (support ticket) created in the Expert Tax Help Center.
To view the list and status of your help requests, you must log in to support.experttax.com.
Once logged in, press the button with your name and choose Request.
In this tab, you will be able to see all your requests, their status, and/or add comments or additional information related to your request.
