The administrator must go to the portal.experttax.com and click on the Users button.
Steps to inactivate User:
- Select the user to inactivate.
- Then click on the Manage Users button.
- Finally go to the top right of the screen and press the active button and the user's account will automatically deactivate.
Steps to activate an inactive user:
- In the user list select the inactive user button.
- Then select the user.
- Next press the Manage Users button.
- Finally go to the top right of the screen and press the inactive button and the user's account will automatically become active.
