A board is a group that organizes users, task types, and tasks. Serves as the central workspace for managing related activities.
The Task Board helps streamline operations by giving the firm a clear view of ongoing tasks, who is responsible for what, and the status of each task. This improves accountability, reduces errors, and ensures that deadlines are met. It also fosters collaboration among team members, enabling them to stay aligned on priorities.
Example: In an accounting firm there are two Task Boards. One is used to manage the Tax department tasks and another is used to manage all Audit department tasks. Each Task Board will contain separate team members and their respective tasks.
