As an administrator, you will have the capability to restrict which roles have access to the following actions:

Mark tasks as completed - Users can mark any task as completed, regardless of the assignee.

Delete tasks - Users can delete any task, regardless of the assignee.

Configure Due Dates - Users can access Due Dates Settings and configure task boards and user permissions.
Go to settings.
Select User Permissions.
Click edit permissions to customize access for different roles.
