This article explains the available worksheets used to import data into Form 480.2 either manually or via Excel files.
List of Worksheets
Worksheet for Eligible Private Equity Investment
The information calculated in this worksheet is used to complete Line 59 of Part II of the Corporate Income Tax Return (Form 480.2). You must enter on that line the allowable deduction determined in the worksheet, following the procedure and limits established for FCP or FCP-PR investments.
Carried Credits
In Form 480.2 (Corporate Income Tax Return), carryforward credits are reported in the following lines of Schedule B:
Credits subject to limitation: Line 6, Part IV
Carryforward credits from previous years (not subject to limitation): Line 16, Part II, Section B
Both lines can be completed using Detail 4, by importing the amounts through a single Excel worksheet.

The import process is the same for all supported worksheets. The following is a general example:
Payments and Withholdings
With Detail 5, you can import through Excel the amounts related to payments and withholdings for the following lines:
Schedule B, Part 3, Line 10(b)
Schedule IE, Part 1, Lines 4, 5, and 8
Schedule IE, Part 2, Lines 1(O), 2(F), 17, and 19
Investment Credit
Using the worksheet for Detail 6, you can import the amount to be reported in Line 3, Part 2 of Schedule B.
Tax Withheld at Source
Through the worksheet for Detail 10, you can import Excel data from Forms 480.6C and/or 480.6SP, which will be reported in the following lines:

Schedule B, Part 3, Line 6
Tax Withheld on Distributable Share to Shareholders
Using the worksheet for Detail 11, you may import Excel data from Forms 480.6EC and/or 480.F, which will be reflected in the following lines:

Other tax credits or Purchase of Tax Credits
With the worksheet for Detail 25, you can import information related to other credits or purchased tax credits, which will be reported in the following lines of Schedule B:

Alternative Minimum Tax Paid
You can import, via Excel worksheet, the data related to the Alternative Minimum Tax Paid in Prior Years Not Claimed as a Credit, which will be reflected in:

Depreciation
Use this worksheet to import amounts into Schedule E for depreciation through Excel file.
Depreciation – Volume Under $3M
For businesses with gross income of $3,000,000 or less, depreciation amounts can be imported into Schedule E1 using the Excel worksheet.
Net Operating Losses
Using an Excel worksheet, you can import the net operating loss details from prior years, which will be reflected in:
