o Users cannot be removed from your account. However, you can deactivate them so that
they no longer have access to any licenses.
o To do this, through account.experttax.com, the account administrator must follow the
following steps.
i. Go to the Company area.
ii. Select Users.
iii. Search for the user to deactivate and press Manage User.
iv. A window will open where you must click on the Active button at the top.
v. You will see the button change to Inactive.
