In order to correct this situation you must:
- Verify that the taxpayer is registered in SURI.
- That the information is entered in the same way as it is in SURI.
- Also applies to the spouse.
- It may be that you had an account in Virtual Collection but your information has
not been successfully transferred to SURI.
If you still have the situation, it is important that you send an email to SURI to verify
how the taxpayer is registered.
